Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms Of Service

By using this website, putting down a deposit and or booking a yacht charter, you agree to these terms:
All payments made in full are refundable if written notice to cancel is RECEIVED within 36 hours of departure time. ALL refunds is subject to a mandatory 15% administrative processing fee. If cancelled less than 36 hours from departure time, THE charter is nonrefundable with LIMITED exception to hazardous weather conditions. See Cancellable CONDITIONS SECTION FOR Weather Conditions below:
All deposits paid to reserve yacht charters are applied to administrative tasks, the reservation of crew and yacht and are nonrefundable with exception to the following:

Cancellable Conditions:

Weather conditions that exist at time of departure IN AN AROUND THE RESERVED CHARTER LOCATION(S)

  1. Named storms;
  2. Storms that are labeled ‘hazardous’ or ‘severe’ and forecasted to last more than 4 hours in duration;
  3. Craft advisories issued for Miami local inland waters with winds exceeding 30 mph and or wave swells beyond 3 feet in height; AND
  4. ‘unforeseen circumstances’ (i.e. death in immediate family, hospitalization). Medical proof via certificate or report is required for return of deposit.

There is a 15% processing fee that applies the return of deposit due to cancellable conditions.

Non Cancellable Conditions:

Scattered showers, overcast conditions or a forecasted ‘chance of rain’ are not considered cancellable weather conditions. New stories or media coverage that highlight a current event or sensationalize local developments with weather, tourism risks, medical risks, or other travel related “warnings” that are not official state or federal restrictions to travel are not considered cancellable conditions.

Refund Processing Fees:

In the event that cancellable conditions exist and rescheduling is not a possibility, deposit will be returned minus a mandatory 15% administrative processing fee.


Deposit may be reapplied at no additional cost with 1 complementary rescheduling of charter date if rebooked within 7 days.
